Guest guest
I read somewhere and heard it on this site that 70 is the age limit to do liver transplants. My wife is 66 and both our Manchester, NH gastroenterologist and the one time visit to a hepatologist in Boston seem to be hinting that my wife is too old. I don't believe that. Perhaps it is because here in the Boston area there is a longer waiting list and they drew up stricted rules? How old were some of you ex transplant patients out there when you had yours done? And what area did you have it done at? Can you list yourself at another jurisdiction? Schneider Bedford, NH
