Guest guest
Hi Heidi, I carry a product called Aqua Flora, it should be available in most health food stores. I have many customers who have had candida and tell me that it is the best product for getting rid of it. I even had some customers say that they used it for vaginal yeast infections by soaking a tampon in the Aqua Flora (it is a liquid, that I'm told is tasteless) I have lots of information on the product and Candida on this page http://loaves-n-fishes.com/aquaflora.htm I have done the Lemonade Cleanse, I have also used Homozone. I personally can not stand the taste of Homozone. I have tried it in fresh lemon juice. Fresh grapefruit juice and fresh orange juice. I haven't been able to bring myself to take it with pineapple juice yet, but others on the list assure me that is the best way to take it. For some reason, I just can't stand the taste of it! Others can't taste it at all. The lemonade cleanse gets old too, as does most of the really restrictive cleanses. My personal favorite is still the Sonne's cleanse. When doing it, I still do daily enemas to get things cleaned out faster and also take the Sonne's natural laxative, which is Cascara Sagrada. http://www.loaves-n-fishes.com/sonnes.htm Best wishes, Karma http://loaves-n-fishes.com http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com

As most of you know, I've been fighting parasites for over two years with great success especially in the last year since I returned to my old homeopath/naturopath Randolph Meltzer. I'd opted for homozon (along with Experience by Awareness) as a bowel cleanse because I was so bloated that I found psyllium hard to take. But recently, as I have improved so much, but had kind of reached a plateau, I decided to go back and give psyllium a try. Meltzer advised I take Sonne's 7 and 9, the psyllium/bentonite combo. He said that Sonne's is the best psyllium around because it is so fine-grained (most of the others are too coarse), and that in the case of parasites it MUST be taken with bentonite or it won't work. So I did take the Sonne's, and the following day I began having several crescent-moon shaped bm's a day, of medium texture and about a foot long each. This is what a perfect bm looks like. It has been so long since I have had even one, and now they are coming regularly! It is like a dream come true. I feel very good. With the homozon, my bm's were very variable--sometimes too watery, or too little, or too unpredictable. So for now I'm sticking with the psyllium/bentonite from Sonne's. It is definitely doing the trick for me. I'm not saying that it's the way to go for everyone--I know when I was too bloated I would just look at the psyllium and it would make me want to barf, so maybe I wouldn't have been able to get it down (I trust my body's natural reactions must mean something...) But at the phase I am at now, with less bloat, psyllium/bentonite seems to be working much better than homozon. Others on this list have had consistently excellent sustained responses with homozon alone. Robin G.
