FREE LAB hosts a Meet and Greet

Wednesday,

November 11, from 5–7pm in Sebastopol

The

Gluten Free Lab is located in Sonoma County and consists of

Aly , Prandini and Molly Jackel. We are three women

enjoying fabulous gluten free lives, who want to share our recipes, techniques,

and approach to life with others. We hope you’ll drop in, say

hello, and chat

with other GFers about your favorite recipes, products, restaurants. And

most of all, we hope you’ll make some lasting connections with people in the

community. There will be tons of sample products from our beloved

sponsors:

’s Gone Crackers, Pamela’s Products, and Oliver’s Market; we’ll also

have home-baked goods to share with you (recipes that are in-the-works for

our cookbook); and, of course, delicious beverages to sip.

FREE THANKSGIVING COOKING CLASS

(hands-on) with chef Blumenstein

Wednesday, November 11, 5:30 pm

Relish Culinary Center, Healdsburg. $84

Create

a Thanksgiving feast that everyone can savor. Gluten free does not

have to be onerous. Chef Blumenstein will share wonderful information,

recipes and techniques for cooking without gluten. Chef has so many

ideas for dishes that don't contain gluten—guests won't even notice as they

savor every bite. Plus, you'll learn about gluten free flours and how to

successfully

cook with them. Guests will enjoy a Thanksgiving preview buffet of all the

wonderful

side dishes cooked during the class paired with wine....we'll talk about what

wines

complement with such a wide variety of food, too. Turkey Stuffing, Pumpkin Pie

and more.
