Guest guest
Just stopped at A Taste of Africa's food booth at the Berkeley Flea Market by the Ashby Bart Station this afternoon. My CS wife and I found the all-natural, GF food absolutely delicious. It's based on the chef-owner Malong Pendar's Cameroon heritage. (Very cool and congenial guy.) A combo plate with about six different items on it, including chicken, was $12, and there was so much we brought about half of each plate home. A good review of the regular restaurant on Shattuck is in the Eastbay Express: http://www.eastbayexpress.com/restaurants/hello__fufu/Content?oid=1181493 Thanks to whomever recommended it.
