great GF find at the Noe Valley farmer's market

I bought a gluten free " dhosa " at the Noe Valley farmer's market, from the

Indian gentleman (can't remember the name of his stand). They are wraps made

from a thin lentil and rice bread wrapped around tasty thinly sliced vegetables.

It came with a bowl of " sambar, " spicy and delicious soup, for $5. Yum!
