The zPizza I went to is in Mountain View. It is HORRIBLE (to me, anyway). The pizza crust is definitely more crispy, but the pizza crust tastes like rancid shortening and overpowers any pizza flavor you could possibly taste. The owner apologized and said she would relate the comments to corporate, but was powerless to change anything - she said only if people email the corporate office would they think about changing the crust back to the original g-f crust. I am so sad because I really did enjoy having pizza at zPizza. Unfortunately, I won't be back until they change the pizza crust back to what they had.

So, if you happen to eat a g-f pizza at zPizza and you don't like the taste, please email the corporate office.

Who knows though, maybe it's just me! :):)

The ZPizza in San Ramon is a contamination nightmare. They cook the pizza's on the same pans as their regular and on the same surface in the oven and kitchen.

Thanks for the Info Sue & .What could help--and all of us should do it--is when you make a post such as these, include the corporate email address. The greater the collective voice at their doorstep (email step???) the sooner they may respond to it. The name of the OLD zPizza crust was " Deiorio's. " The name of the NEW zPizza

crust is " Venice. " The new Venice pizza crust has no eggs, soy and I think milk

- that's why they switched to the new pizza crust. Geez, it's hard enough to

get a decent g-f pizza crust just without wheat!

For months now, I used to go every Thursday during lunchtime for a g-f pizza,

but unfortunately, I won't be going again until they do something about their

g-f pizza crust. Again, maybe it's just me and my taste…….

The zPizza in Mt. View and Fremont are very careful with the cross-contact

issues - at least from what I have witnessed and talked with them about.

Here is the zPizza corporate offices info. In order to email them, you have to

go to their website and email them through their website:
