ACV

Finally got a bottle of Bragg ACV. It's the natural one not the clear

filtered commercial kind of ACV.

Could a person with the proper diet be able to dissolve the gallstones? I

know it would take a long time but is this possible?

Jemma,

I heat ACV and breathe it in and do nasal washes. I also add it to a bath some times and it helps to ease body pains. Also draws out bad stuff. Wont go into specifics but basically clogged acid in your muscles.

I heat it to drink a lot and from what I have read in the Braggs book and on Earth Clinic that have made any mention that heating does anything bad. I actually let my ACV get WARM in my tea pot and then add honey but I do not mean HOTT. Although you could I suppose. I also make asmoothy and add it to that.

Prior to being diagnosed Celiac and having many digestion isssues and heartburn/GERD/Acid reflux the ACV helped with many of these issues. Also have none of those anymore and I take ACV now for the arthrtic benefits. I NEED it now for pain as the weather shifted and such my body really felt it. I bought a new bottle and after 2 doses I felt less pain. I got lazy and day 2 of none and I was aching again, I heated some llike a TEA and after 1 dose I had much less pain. It just seems to work well warm or cold.

So anyways give it a go and let me know how it goes =)

I also tried it over tomatoes and onion.. did not like it much.. lol added some sea salt and that helped a lot! =)

If you find any new ways of dosing let me know I am always up for a good recipe. I have almost resorted to WD=40 for pain in my joints. =)
