No typical symptoms & chest pains

Hello all, I was diagnosed with Celiac a few months ago however I have no typical symptoms at all. I only found out I had Celiac after a random blood test when I went to see my doctor for chest pains. I am an otherwise healthy, active, 29 year old woman so it seemed weird that I was having these chest pains and my doctor had another patient complain of chest pains who ended up testing positive for Celiac- so on a whim, she decided to test me. Besides these chest pains, my body does not react to gluten in anyway (which makes it hard to stay diligent with the diet). Does anyone else have a lack of symptoms OR anything resembling chest pains?
