The soy used in those products (and most soy products in the US) is all genetically modified. If you really love soy products or feel you need to include it in your diet as a protein source, the best ones are tempeh (fermented soy) and organic tofu. It's really easy to get into the mode of having too much soy... TVP, tofu, soy milk, soy yogurt, soy ice cream.
