Excellent Vegan Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Just had an excellent dinner at Merit Vegetarian Restaurant. (548-2 Lawrence

Expwy, Sunnyvale. www.meritvegetarian.com). It's a vegan Vietnamese / Asian

style menu. The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended many

of the gluten free dishes. The flavor was fantastic and the price is very

reasonable. We even had the vegan cheese cake (made with soy). Very good.

I would very much recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for gluten free as

well as meat and dairy free.

They have sister restaurants in San Francisco (Golden Era, 572 O'Farrell St,)

and The Golden Lotus (1301 lin St, Oakland). (haven't tried them yet).
