I have the very old book by Ms Brandt. http://thegrapecure.com/ Nystatin is very hard n the liver. You replace one problem for another. Guest guest
I have Candida and I couldn't tolerate this kind of fruit diet no matter how beneficial it is. Even taking Nystatin during the time of the fruit eating wouldn't help settle things down. If you have candida really bad in your large intestines then it will wash out some. It took a few cleanings for me before I passed any, Be patient. And the first couple of cleanses you may not feel so great afterwards. Keep your cleanse to 30 minutes or only as long as you can. You will feel like you can hold up longer each week. You are knocking the toxins out of our system. I don't know if drinking grape juice is enough to supplement your mineral supply. You could always take a supplement at home, a liquid mineral supplement. I ate 1/4 of a watermelon and I burned for a week and nothing helped until I passed that fruit out of me. I really think those persons who don't suffer from candida don't have a clue how bad one will feel. If you have just a small overgrowth you could get by on it but not me! My therapists says that cloudy water indicates that more is flushing its way out, not necessarily candida but stool higher up in the bowel. You do have to wait to do a liver flush if your colon is really blocked. I think that is why when I did them I felt so sick afterwards because it stressed my system. Nystatin always treated me well and I took pro-biotics also. Liz D. She suggested another colonic in a week or > so, to give my body a chance to rest and possibly two > in two days.
