GF Joe'sJust got back from a vacation in Tacoma, WA. I thought everyone would like to see a whole store devoted to GF foods, GF Joe's in Tumwater, WA, and attached two photos. The second is GF Joe's bulk flours (white & brown rice and tapioca), potato starch, pancake mix, plus rolled oats for those who can consume that grain.Trader Joe'sI also included a picture of the good Trader Joe's GF bread available, thus far, only in the Northwest. It is reasonably priced, slices are full-sized, loaf is a decent size, doesn't crumble, mild flavor, and not overly dense. It toasts very well

becoming very tasty. Overall, this is my GF wife's favorite bread, though she likes Schar's Multigrain better for flavor, and both much more than Udi's. If enough email TJ, maybe they'll arrange its baking in this area.
