How does one submit restaurants for the Gluten-Free Google Map ?Are there some kind of standardized guidelines for indicating the restaurant's level of awareness regarding cross-contamination? (I know this is a tough one since everyone has their own personal standard.)What does the statement "Open Collaboration" on the map indicate for users?Thanks, Iscol
