Guest guest Posted January 16, 2010 Report Share Posted January 16, 2010 Hi Niamh, I don’t have specific words of advice about the areas you mentioned, but wanted to warn you that Rice Krispies in the US are NOT gluten-free, even though they are in the UK. I don’t know whether you eat Rice Kripsies or not, but this is a general heads up to make sure that you check the labels even on a product you would expect to be gluten-free. Rice Chex, however, are now GF in the US, so you can eat those instead. Hope you enjoy your trip!
