Hi Niamh,

I don’t have specific words of advice about the areas you

mentioned, but wanted to warn you that Rice Krispies in the US are NOT

gluten-free, even though they are in the UK. I don’t know whether

you eat Rice Kripsies or not, but this is a general heads up to make sure that

you check the labels even on a product you would expect to be gluten-free.

Rice Chex, however, are now GF in the US, so you can eat those instead.

Hope you enjoy your trip!

Pam

and Pau Alto and Santa

Hi,

I am an Irish lady travelling to San Francisco, Pao Alto, and Santa in the

next few weeks.

I will be staying in the following areas and was wondering if you are aware of

any shops that sell GF bread/ cereal/ crackers and restaurants that are safe to

eat in in these areas ?

1. Battersea Street in Santa

2. El Carmelo Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306.

3. central tourist area in San fran

Thanks for your help

Niamh
