Guest guest
Hello all,What's the cross-contamination factor at Amici's? I live down the street from one, but haven't ventured over there to try the pizza because it seems like it would have a huge potential for cross contamination. Has anyone heard anything about whether they go to any lengths to prevent cc? Thanks (not getting my hopes up... If you are ever in the San /Los Gatos area. Willow Street Pizza's gluten-free pizza is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced - $13.99 for a pepperoni. The crust was crispy and delicious. Guest guest
They go to great lengths - separate area, etc. It's all written on their GF menu, which will be sitting on your table along with the regular menu. They have all been trained by Still Riding Pizza. Even if you order delivery, they have a dedicated insulated carrier for the GL pizza boxes, keeping it separate from the regular pizzas. The GF boxes are labeled with a "Gluten Free" sticker, too. They do better at accommodating than any other restaurant that I know of! I have experience with 2 Amici's (MV and MP), and it's the same, so I assume they train all of their stores in the same way.
