I hear that Burger King now has a GF menu. I've not been to BK to check; I'm repeating what I've read.

El Pollo Loco is good, cheap, has many GF offerings, and 36

locations in LA. The chicken is fabulous, and you can also get the soft

(corn tortillas) tacos, salads, rice, beans, veggies, and flan for

dessert!

You can probably eat well in most Mexican restaurants (watch out

for the tortilla chips: always ask if they are fried in oil that might be

contaminated by gluten).

Mac ’s is also useful in a pinch (hamburger, no bun,

and French fries).
