Guest guest
El Pollo Loco is good, cheap, has many GF offerings, and 36 locations in LA. The chicken is fabulous, and you can also get the soft (corn tortillas) tacos, salads, rice, beans, veggies, and flan for dessert! You can probably eat well in most Mexican restaurants (watch out for the tortilla chips: always ask if they are fried in oil that might be contaminated by gluten). Mac ’s is also useful in a pinch (hamburger, no bun, and French fries). You can also check out the restaurants listed as gluten-free-friendly on Urban Spoon: http://www.urbanspoon.com/t/5/1/LA/Gluten-Free-Friendly-restaurants Pam ,_._,___
