If I got lots of disability money or won the lottery or some such thing, and I could customize my diet and minimize grains I might try limiting grains. Some of them I've had a lot of difficulty with like quinoa (won't go near it now), millet, and sometimes rice. With rice it seems to vary a lot based on what else I'm eating and the type of rice. I don't think I could give up Mariposa chocolate brownies though. Just wouldn't be able to do it.
