Marci From: Dana Hoppe <danahoppesbcglobal (DOT) net> Subject: Re: [ ] best ravioli I've tasted thus far Date: Monday, November 23, 2009, 9:01 AM I like Iamori's ravioli better than Conte's. Conte's dough is still a little thick for me even though the flavor is good. The pasta was perfect, and the filling delicious. We haven't tried their pierogis or their stuffed shells yet, but plan to soon. We also really like Mariposa's ravioli, but find the pasta a little too thick at the edges; the cheese filling is too bland for us but the sweet potato filling is great.
