I like Iamori's ravioli better than Conte's. Conte's dough is still a little thick for me even though the flavor is good.

We tried the Conte spinach and cheese ravioli this week, and my non-gf family agreed that these are the best ravioli we've had - just as good as non-gf ravioli. The pasta was perfect, and the filling delicious. We haven't tried their pierogis or their stuffed shells yet, but plan to soon.

We also really like Mariposa's ravioli, but find the pasta a little too thick at the edges; the cheese filling is too bland for us but the sweet potato filling is great.
