WOW....28lbs. That is great. Usually you can find places that do colonix that are not doctors. The below company is in Bluffton. I don't know if that is near Columbus, but they might know someone in your area. CHAPPELL@...twjd3025 <twjd3025@...> wrote: Hello Everyone, I'm having problems finding a

Doctor that does colonix. I'm in Columbus Ohio if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I'm now in phase 2 of the weight loss protocol (Day 13 to be exact) and so far I have lost a total of 28 lbs. I know this protocol works I'm living proof, I still have 50 to 60 lbs to loose so wish me luck. My hardest problem is eating the same things day after day. I can't seem to find the fish on the food list either. Thanks for any help you can give me. It will be greatly appreciated. Jeanne

Thanks for the help I'll check them out. I'm just at my wits end with

this colonix thing. I've done everything I'm supposed to as far as

all the supplements, cleanses, eating nothing but organic foods too.

I just can't seem to get regular like I'm supposed to be. Thanks

again and I'll let you know what I find out.

Hi , You'll find colonix on drnatura.com and can do it on your own. Its expensive but it works great! I bought it for 2 months and also got the toxinout for 2 months. As far as variety take alook at some of the recipes listed in the files to your left and also on the hcgdieters group. Its true there's not much variety and it does get a little monotonous but remember its only for 6 weeks so it is doable and its so worth it. So just take it day by day. And whenever you get tempted recite this, NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS! Also, try not to go off because you'll gain weight and it takes about a week to readjust and start losing again. I lost 31lbs in 5 weeks and had I not gone off twice would have lost more. I hope that helps you. Have an awesome night. Sharon

I have done the colonix on drnatura.com but I can tell I need to do

more. I'm still not going like I should and KT's book said to have 5

to 15 colonix done in 30 days, I just need to find a Dr. that does

it. He said it's like a high end enema. Not that I'm looking forward

to doing that, but I need to do something.

Thanks,

Hi, The colonix is just slower and works over a period of time.

Unlike a colonic which is instant cleaning. It works fine so don't

worry if you can't find a place to get a colonic. It will clean you

out but it takes time. How long have you been on it? If you really

want to get a colonic then look to the nearest city. Most larger

communities have people who do them. I'm doing fine lost 31 lbs and

had no colonics. But if that's not possible just do the 90 days of

dr. natura colonix. Sharon

I think you are asking about colonics. You could find a colon

therapist in your area at www.I-act.org.
