Cory,

We use a mix of sorghum, tapioca, and white rice flour to make our gluten-free

products, and we now have a gluten-free flour mix available for sale. It's only

available by local pickup in Milpitas for now, but we hope to have it available

for shipping within the next few weeks. The local pickup price is $8 for 32oz,

we can also work out a bulk price if you need larger quantities.

By the way, we purchase all our sorghum flour from Twin Valley Mills. They only

mill sorghum flour there, and while they do grow other grains they are careful

about cross contamination in their milling facility.

Thanks,

Kraft

searching where I could get it cheaper than in the stores. This website looks

pretty reasonable: http://www.twinvalleymills.com/ Does anyone else have any

good suggestions as to where to get bulk GF flours that are cheap and def GF?

Other flours I use regularly include tapioca and I'd like to use quinoa or

others, but quinoa in the store is like three times at least the price of the

others I use. Thanks for all suggestions! Also if anyone is interested in

going in on some of the larger quantities (someone suggested this at some point,

but I lost track of if that came to anything), I live in oakland. Or if anyone

knows anyplace local that does bulk orders at reasonable prices.
