Hi,

I am new to the group and am looking for a celiac " friendly " GI doctor in the

South Bay. I found the list of recommended doctors but the ones in the south

bay are primarily pediatric doctors. Any recommendations would be very helpful.

I do not want to waste my time with another drug pushing, IBS diagnosing doctor.

Thank you,

Kim

Hi Kim,

I saw your email requesting for a place that will help with GI issues.

HealthNOW Medical Center is prob the best place for you. Check out their

website: www.healthnowmedical.com. They doctors there are way up to date on

Celiac and Gluten Sensitivity. They even published a book on the subject, The

Gluten Effect " .

Let me know if that helps.

Dr. Gray (Grey?) runs a Celiac clinic for adults at Stanford hospital in

Palo Alto- that is who I see. You need a biopsy-based diagnosis, though.
