gluten, wheat and soy free baked goods!

Hi,

Wanted to do a little self promotion for gluten and soy free treats to those of

us who may have a sweet tooth and any old bakery just won't do. My name is Sara

and I currently bake gluten, wheat and soy free treats that can be found at

Underdog's booth at the Inner Sunset Farmer's Market in San Francsico every

Sunday from 9am-1pm. It is a fairly new business endeavor but something I have

crafted in my kitchen since realizing my own food sensitivities.

Now, I recognize that restaurants in SF and surrounding areas may

offer or even cater their entrees to be free of these ingredients, but finding a

dessert that doesn't taste like cardboard is much harder. And, these are not

just any dessert. I use mostly all organic ingredients, buying what I can from

farmer's markets and the rest from co-ops. Plus, the only sweetener I use is

organic agave and some weeks I omit eggs and dairy, making the tasty treats

vegan too! So stop by and spread the word, would love to see you there.

Treats for this upcoming week include: Chocolate Beet Cake, Blondie

Bars, Squash cupcakes, Carrot Cake with macadamia nuts, coconut, and

ginger, Chocolate Dipped Pretzels and Pumpkin Bread.
