Hi!

I know that if I do not eat enough protein and eat enough sea salt I get what I

call goofy. I get weird when I stand, and feel the blood drop to my feet. I also

notice a bit of an ache in my head and blurry vision.

After eating a good meal it all passes. I try now to not miss any meals.  I also

have been tested for everything under the sun so I know my blood sugar WAS

fluctuating which my DR said will probably fix over time as I get stronger.  We

shall see.

HI there!I though I'd add a bit of info that might help too. I know dizziness can happen when potassium levels are low, as well as dehydration. I agree with fluctuating blood sugar levels contributing to light headedness too. Drink Gatorade and snack more often on juicy fruits, not sugary candy! Unhealthy, refined sugared candy can make it worse.

Hope this helps!Jemma~On Sun, Sep 27, 2009 at 11:09 AM, gemma locatelli <gemmalocat> wrote:

If potassium levels are low, bananas, dried apricots, can help. However, serious potassium imbalances require periodic testing and appropriate potassium RX.

Hello Gemma,

Your symptoms are positively classic for adrenal fatigue. It's very common in

celiacs and those with gluten sensitivity and is not hard to fix. Plus the

treatment is totally natural.

To save space I'm just going to refer you to a blog article I wrote on the

subject. Here's the link:

http://glutendoctors.blogspot.com/2009/03/im-tired-is-that-normal-we-live-in.htm\

l. The most extensive, in-depth information I've written on it is in our book,

" The Gluten Effect " , where an entire chapter is dedicated to the adrenals. So

that's another source if you're interested.

I don't list every symptoms in the blog post but do know that lightheadedness,

brain fog and a drop in blood pressure upon standing are all common symptoms.

For the symptoms to be relieved after a meal is also common.

Please do feel free to contact me if you'd like any assistance.

To your good health,
