GF Emergency Preparedness?

I've been pretty remiss in getting a real emergency kit together and wondered if

anyone has found a good gluten free survival food solution.

My son's preschool has an emergency kit for each child which contains a wheat

based survival bar. (He has not been diagnosed celiac, so I'm OK with this for

now). In a brief Google search tonight, I didn't find any GF survival bars.

Alpine Aire foods offer some gluten free options, but they require water or

cooking.

Suggestions appreciated!
