Amici's GF Pizza - delivery issues

Thanks for the heads up about the discount.But just a little note about their delivery area.If you bring up the map for the San Francisco location (lombard st) you will notice this rectangular area that they do not deliver to.They won't come to the Western Addition. Amazingly enough they deliver all around the area.It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.And based on that and the fact that I live in the Western Addition I have been boycotting them.I have called and asked why and they give no real reason. Unbelievable. The worst part is that I see the delivery cars all the time in the area. Melita

Argh -- I'm sorry to hear that you're affected by their delivery limits ( When I was a kid we lived in Visitacion Valley and no pizza restaurant would deliver there during those years, either. Not sure if it's still the same. So it's a safety issue they're concerned about no doubt, but I find it interesting that it's in effect all day as opposed to after dark the way the limit in the south of market area is.

If it's any consolation, I live well within the delivery limits (a few blocks away actually) but I never get it delivered -- I always pick it up. Also, it's ridiculously expensive, so your boycott serves a dual purpose since it's saving your bank account as well )
