First I was reading the bible and read about how Jesus drank vinegar to help his stomach and they referred to it as " sour wine " in Hebrew. I was listening to Pastor speak about it as well. She speaks and reads Hebrew and Greek as well as other languages. I was intrigued. http://www.pastormelissascott.com/ One day after battling acid stomach and sour stomach and heartburn you name it I swigged some of the apple cider I had in my cabinet.I got even worse pain! So I logged online and found a bunch of websites. Like Earth Clinic. http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html I read about the benefits and was strangely upset. I did not get better so I read on to see that multiple kinds of acid are produced. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinegar The beer colored vinegar is mostly the kind of acid that will upset your stomach. Wish I knew the name! and the unfiltered unprocessed cloudy stuff like Braggs is what is considered " VIRGIN " vinegar. And not the same. http://braggs.com/ So I went to Fred Meyers and Sherms and Safeway and they all had Braggs products. I kept trying to make excuses why I was not gonna take it. So one day I did and I felt nothing. No pain, no burning nothing. Finally no pain. I also drink it when I have been run down. It makes me feel better and gives me energy. In any case point blank.. They are very much different and the wrong one will irritate the stomach probably not terribly, maybe it has a high content. I will look into it and get back to you all. =) Hope this helps! And about craving meat if your iron defficient, Pyka as I believe it is (had it as a kid!!) it called is common for depressed systems. I would like to see a supplement that address all our needs and has no Iron derived from wheat as that is the most commone and protein not from SOY BLEAAH!! And no CORN and no bad things... just something like a LARA bar with a whole days nutrtition to help. lol I heard once that if you eat slow and breathe in between bites you absorb a lot more.
