Guest guest
, I have used it for years. I am switching to an alkaline diet eating mostly raw green veggies and I use it to brown tofu. Not sure if it is a no no but I am feeling better. I also just started taking the whey and inulin. I stopped the morning one as it gives me so much gas. (I am a massage therapist, not a job you want to have gas-not that any are) I feel shifting to raw foods has helped me a lot. I am reading the PH Miracle suggested by a member of a curezone forum. Really resonated with me. Anyone else here try that. I Just got s book but am reading the PH one first. gigi Simon <shelly@...> wrote: Has anyone heard of braggs seasoning? My mum bought me some to use instead of soy sauce, its made from soy but isn’t fermented. Its great for use in all sorts of things, but I was wondering if it is ok? Some ppl say soy at all is bad – why is this? I cant get goats milk, and if I cant have proper milk, rice milk or soy milk.. sigh. Guest guest
The Safeway next to my house sells it. =) Also GNC used to have it in many stores. Also try New Leaf if you have that near you. Other than that I think its in maybe worth the wait to get it when it comes in at WF. I dont want you running around all over! lol =) About the pasturization. I just read about that. Let me look into that and get back to you. But if its not cloudy and murky I wont drink it. =) Now putting the other VIN on salad is different. But dont use that ACV that is clearish like I did.! LOL Good Luck with Safeway. Actually if you go to BRaggs site they have a store locator. Well they used to anyways. gem Gemma ' Locatelli "Be the change you want to see in the world!" -Gandhi
Guest guest
thanks Gemma. I asked Safeway just a couple of days ago and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. Has anyone heard of bioenergetic work? The wife of a colleague of mine is a TCM practitioner who works with complex cases such as mine. He says that I can be cured of my allergies. I know that trauma sets the CD gene marker to " express " itself, causing food intolerance to gluten. I have many food allergies I never had as a child, but I have an extensive trauma background. I'll be talking to his wife hopefully soon. It sounds very promising. I've been integrating a lot of psychological boundary work in my life, hoping that my body will start to realize/ recognize boundaries, resulting in a less permeable gut and stronger ability to tolerate foods, that over time, became toxins..... my body's " behavior " began to mimic the powerlessness I had in my external environment. It's all very fascinating~ I'll get back to everyone about this. I cannot afford to see her as a patient, but I'm going to do my best to obtain pro bono care. Please wish me luck!ciao`JemmaOn Tue, Oct 6, 2009 at 1:03 AM, Gemma R Locatelli <gemmalocat> wrote: The Safeway next to my house sells it. =) Also GNC used to have it in many stores.
