Hi folks, I wish I had some good news, no wait, I do have some good

news and sorry if this is " too much info " I'm finally pooping on a

daily basis and am very happy about that!

Well, I went back to the pain doc last week and he switched me from

Flexeryl to Soma (which is what helped me get regular) However, with

the Soma, came decreased pain relief and major nausea. Not a good

combo. So, as of yesterday I'm off the Soma and back on Valium, 5mg

every 6 hrs. Unfortunately, I'm still having severe nausea but it

seems a little bit better today than yesterday or I wouldn't be

typing. I also had a panic attack yesterday about an hour before my

Oxycodone ER was due. That freaked me out, cuz I felt like I was

going nuts (like a drug addict on TV). It only lasted about 20

minutes, thank goodness and I didn't take the Rx early, and don't

even know for sure if the two were related. But anyway, now I'm

scared and don't wanna be on these bigtime meds.....but of course

need the pain relief.

Now I'm waiting on the doc to call me in some Phenergan for the

nausea.

Didn't sleep much last night. My dad came in and woke me up, said I

was screaming in agony (he thought I had fallen) but it was only a

bad dream. It shook us both up a bit. At that point I was so

grateful to be awake.

My sis-in-law has been a great support and I have a few other friends

that I talk to daily.

This Too Shall Pass.

Anybody had experience detoxing from Oxycodone ER (Oxycotin)?

Thanx for " listenin " ,

camille
