The Forum will be held from 10am - 3pm (registration begins at 9 am) on Saturday

October 24th 2009 at the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel in Menlo Park. The Rosewood

Hotel is a beautiful five star hotel that offers free valet parking and a serene

setting. Their ballroom accommodates 250 people and the hotel is easily

accessible from the 280 freeway.

A panel Q & A will provide an opportunity to get all your questions answered.
