I'm so jealous! I've been trying to figure out how to finagle a trip to

Portland just to go to Corbet Fish House.

However, I did just spend a week eating gluten free to my heart's (almost)

content in Seattle. Along with absolutely delicious and real-tasting gf pizza

and pasta, Romio's pizzeria, on Greenwood at 85th St., has gf fish and chips, gf

breaded chicken strips, and gf breadsticks, paninis, etc. as well as a selection

of gf desserts. . . and Redbridge beer. Yum!

If you like fish and chips and are in the Portland, OR, area, then you have to

stop at the Corbet Fish House

([file:///C:/Users/d/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot.png][file:///C:/Users/d/A\

ppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot-1.png]http://www.corbettfishhouse.com/corbettho\

me.html). We did this past week, and it has some of the best fish and chips we

have ever eaten. The fried oysters were, to quote my wife, " unbelievable, " and

the chips and other fish were excellent.

Corbett (and its sister Hawthorn Fish House -

http://www.corbettfishhouse.com/hawthornehome.html) restaurant uses brown rice

flour and flash fries the fish in rice bran oil, so almost the entire menu is

GF.

I've attached the menu in the form of two jpegs.
