If you like fish and chips and are in the Portland, OR,

area, then you have to stop at the Corbet Fish House (http://www.corbettfishhouse.com/corbetthome.html).

We did this past week, and it has some of the best fish and chips we have ever

eaten. The fried oysters were, to quote my wife, " unbelievable, "

and the chips and other fish were excellent.

Corbett (and its sister Hawthorn Fish House - http://www.corbettfishhouse.com/hawthornehome.html)

restaurant uses brown rice flour and flash fries the fish in rice bran oil, so

almost the entire menu is GF.
