Thursday, January 14, 2010. 7:00 p.m. Enjoy a wonderful gluten-free Italian meal at one of San Francisco's best North Italian restaurants, Antica, and hear author Mallorca <http://glutenfreeexpert.com/blog/> discuss her new cookbook, GLUTEN-FREE ITALIAN. Owner/Chef Ruggero Gadaldi will prepare a special four-course, gluten-free meal based on recipes from the book, which will be served Italian family style at a long table so we can all talk.
