Fwd: Gluten Free In Yosemite

See below for a response from Yosemite regarding their gluten free offerings. I don't really know what "you will have no problem with a gluten free diet in Yosemite" means - so I wrote back asking more specific questions concerning their gluten free menu items, how they prepare and serve gf foods to prevent cross-contamination, and if the Curry Village restaurant only offers gf items in its buffet or if gf items can be ordered and made separately. I'll forward that response when I receive it.
