I don't really know what "you will have no problem with a gluten free diet in Yosemite" means - so I wrote back asking more specific questions concerning their gluten free menu items, how they prepare and serve gf foods to prevent cross-contamination, and if the Curry Village restaurant only offers gf items in its buffet or if gf items can be ordered and made separately.
