Guest guest Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 Curious if non-homogenized full-fat milk of the highest quality is forbidden on the anti-Candida program owing to its relatively high lactose content (approximately 10 grams per 250 ml/1 cup). Also wondering if zero carbohydrate cheeses can instigate relapses due to molds. Are cheddars and parmesan known to be among the most aggravating?
