The session starts with a fill of warm water to which a teaspoon of castile soap has been added, The second fill is one quart to which a half cup of fresh squeezed organic or (backyard) lemon juice is added and retained for ten minutes minimum. The next fill is one quart of warm water with 10 drops of Fresh Green Black Walnut Wormwood Complex added. A final rinse should contain a teaspoon of baking soda to replace any lost electrolytes and then taking some acidophilus with bifidus. Give it a try or have a colon hydrotherapist provide you with this protocol. www.sheilas.com is a good resource as well.
