Lots of water?

I’ve heard some people use bromelain

(a pineapple enzyme). You can get it at most health food stores.

So sorry to hear that!

There is an enzyme called Similase GFCF (gluten and casein digestive

enzyme) by Integrative Therapeutics. I am not sure if you can buy it

in the store. I bought mine from my chiropractor.

Good luck,

Angelika

I have recently heard of an unfortunately-named product called “GlutenFlam”

by Apex Energetics. My doctor recommended it for when we have had

exposure to gluten. We have not used it yet, so I can’t personally

recommend it. I think if you look on line you could find local sources

for this product. Bromelain and probiotics are also useful. There

are a few other products that can help digestion; one we have used is “DigestMORE

“ by Renew Life. This and the GlutenFlam are enzyme-based products

to help digestion and calm the digestive tract.

Try not to feel too stressed out about it, as that will

exacerbate any reaction. Remember that some types of gluten don’t

cause as bad a reaction as others, and if you only had a small amount it may

not be a bad reaction. Get some extra rest if possible and eat nutritious,

easily-digestible foods for the next couple of days.

I hope you find something that works; let us know how it goes.

Pam
