Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 All, As you may remember, I asked the group a while ago about any others having reactions to Udi's bread. After my second reaction, I became concerned. I contacted them about my concern and gave them the lot number of the batch of bread in question. I just got a call from them today with the results of their checking-up. They followed up and checked their manufacturing, etc. They did not find any gluten contammination and have not had any other complaints about that particular lot. So, it is unclear what got me ill, but it seems unlikely that there was any gluten in the bread. I wonder if perhaps I am reacting to something else in the bread. Oh well.
