Guest guest
I love it when people tell what they do and where they are - I'd never find them otherwise! I hope they get to keep posting this kind of information, just my two cents.LynnOn Mar 15, 2010, at 10:08 AM, hkapitulnik@... wrote: hi allwith all due respect, I thought this was informational and not meant for businesses to advertise. it is one thing when people give advise and something else when this is used as a wall to advertise a business......Hanna From: Kraft <jason.kraftgmail> Subject: [ ] Re: Gluten free wedding cake Date: Monday, March 15, 2010, 8:58 AM Ruth, I run a small custom order baking business with my wife (she's a professionally- trained pastry chef), and we specialize in allergy-friendly cakes, including gluten-free wedding cakes. Guest guest
We're having our wedding cake done by Crave (http://cravebakery.com//wed_events.html). I'll report back how it was (in April). We tried their vanilla cake with vanilla cream filling--it was very tasty. In the penninsula Kapcakes also does custom gluten free cakes (http://www.kapcakes.com/)Apparently they provide the cakes at Mariposa Bakery in Oakland (http://www.mariposabaking.com/cafe/delights.html) I've never tried their cakes, so I can't comment on their quality. > > My cousin is getting married at my home this summer and has just found out she has celiac (I was diagnosed 5 years ago).
