Guest guest
We just picked up a box of Dr. Schar GF penne at the Mountain View Nob Hill. I may be the last person in Santa Clara County who has tried these, but they are really good - a bit different. This is a corn, rice and pea protein pasta. It has a nice flavor - hints of corn - and it is toothsome. We just had it as buttered pasta with some herbs, salt and pepper. Nob Hill had two other shapes - fusilli and a tiny, doughnut-shaped soup pasta that is smaller in diameter than a Cheerio. Vic
