Guest guest
Carol, Good luck with it! I hope that your recovery is fast & smooth, and that this will take care of the pain issues you've been having. Will Dr Hu be removing bolts on both sides of your pelvis, or is just one side bothering you? > > I finally got my results, and Dr. Hu says there is good bone growth. My > surgery to remove the bolts is Tues. Guest guest
Carol: I had both the iliac screws removed about 14 months after revision, and all went well. It will be 4 years post revision for me next month. I'll give an update after I see Dr. LaGrone, but I really am feeling great. Good luck with your surgery! Sending you healing thoughts. ette (NM) Carol <dcvaughan@...> wrote: I finally got my results, and Dr. Hu says there is good bone growth. My surgery to remove the bolts is Tues. Mar. 11th. Guest guest
From what I undestand, they will only remove BOTH bolts, not just one. > > > > I finally got my results, and Dr. Hu says there is good bone > growth. My > > surgery to remove the bolts is Tues. Guest guest
Hi Carol, Congrats on growing all that bone...goood job! I take it that DrHu answered all your questions as you had hoped. I am going to put the date on the calender so we can all be sending you good healing wishes on the 11th. Will you just be in the hospital for a night or two? Take Care, Cam
