Guest guest Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 When I was first diagnosed with celiac 10 yrs. ago I made bread with dough enchancer that I order from Authentic Foods. Then one day I tried cider vinegar. I could tell no defference. I use Bette Hagman's 4 flour bean mix when I make choc. chip cookies. I use the Toll House recipe & add 2 tsp. xanthum gum.
