Guest guest
Did anyone ever do a juice fast/cleanse? A raw foodist friend suggested it recently. Only fruit and vegetable juices and some herbs mixed by a naturopath. She swore that it made you feel fabulous. People do it anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. It sounded tempting, since you would still be getting the vitamins and fiber from the vegetables, while you detox. Could the people who mentioned herbs elaborate on which ones, and how to use them? I will definitely give the ginger compressions a go! Guest guest
I found Dr. Shulze's cleanses to be extrodinary for my health and vitality. The whole foods never worked so well until I did some cleanses. His website is off putting though and the folks who work at his place for get to tell you all the things you need so it took some reading and doing things wrong before I got it right. I did about 12 5 day cleanses in all. His herbs are great as they are strong and all organic. Others are doing similar things as the herbal formula are not unique they have been using them for a long long time. Guest guest
Tessi, Now, I have collembola, but this might work for you, too. I have been using olive leaf for about 5 days now. At first I thought what was coming out was the olive leaf, but no....I am definitely getting some kind of fungus. I started by emptying 2 capsals into my mouth and letting it slowly go down my throat. All the bumps on the roof of my mouth and in my throat are gone now. Then I started putting 2 capsals per gallon into my irrigation system for ears and nose. The fungus comes out covered green! I'm getting less and less out and they are getting smaller and smaller. Then I mixed the powder with a little water and smeared it on my face and around my very red and baggy eyes. The red and bagginess is going away and a slightly yellowish/biege type infection is leaving my right eye! I plan on putting it all over my body and on my scalp this weekend when I recieve my bulk shipment. I think it is killing whatever is attracting my bugs as the bugs just haven't been bitting as much and my ears and sinuses seem to be really clearing out like crazy. Don't know if it will help, but can't hurt. From: tessi_77 <no_reply >Subject: master cleansebird mites Date: Wednesday, November 17, 2010, 2:58 AM I will be trying the lemon and cayenne water too-this is the recipe for the master cleanse you can google that to get the ingredients and advice, I ammoving and starting a new job so its been so stressful dealing with the bugs- I also had a doctor appt with a really caring dr although he prescribed me permethrin cream thinking I have a bad case of scabies- I didn't use it but I told him it didn't work and now he wants to run tests on me-i have sooooooo given up on doctors for this any suggestions> >> > I have been symptom free for about 2 months (no prickles, no crawlings, no stingings.)> > > > I was so happy about that, that I stopped checking the other symptoms. But yesterday I did what I used to do when I was still messed up: I took some hand-sanitizer, rubbed it in my hands and waited for the fibers to come out. And so they did. Although tiny, there's still some fibers and specks coming out.> > > > I can lead a normal life now and no longer need to do the exhausting cleansing rituals that took most of my time and money, but the fibers are still there. > > > > I was wondering if others who also feel cured have tiny fibers come out of their palms after applying some alcohol or sanitizer?> > > > I'd be interested in knowing what remaining symptoms you guys have.> > > > Thanks,> > > > Jess> > Enviado desde mi oficina móvil BlackBerry® de Telcel> >>
