Hi everyone I'm new to the List.

I've recently started bowel cleansing, doing colonics and taking

cleansing herbs.

Of course, I am doing the cleanse for overall health but also for

deep and serious acne in particular.

Have many been successful in " curing " acne and achieving a clearer

complexion with bowel cleansing?

I would love to hear some personal stories and testimonials.

(What did you need to do? Was taking cleansing herbs and bentonite

enough, or did you have to do both colonics and herbs.. or more?

How long was it before the acne started to disappear and at what rate?)

I am taking the " Experience " supplement by the Awareness Compnay.

Is it considered a popular and effective cleansor for most people?

What kind of a reputation does it have? What else/other is recommended?

I've been taking the herbs and had 3 colonics the past week or so.

Still too early to see a significant change but considering I am now

off antibiotics I am doing pretty good.... no major outbreaks.

Hi Vito,

My son, age 14, breaks out when his colon is clogged. I unplug him, and he

clears up. He also drinks carrot juice for his skin.

I have been using Experience for about 2 years and with good results. Acne

was not a main concern but it has cleared up the skin on my forehead quite

well. I am in my 40's and have had minor but consistent skin problems for

years. At the point now it is not ongoing but will show if I eat the wrong

foods.

My feedback says that Experience has a good reputation but not sure how

popular it is in the larger sense.

He tried a colonic once, about the age of 10. He was very uncomfortable and

I had to stop it. I give him Homozon, or Arise & Shine Chompers. It 's hard,

because he hate's all the stuff. But he does have major blockage problems. I

try to keep an eye on all my children's BM's. Also when they show signs of

illness or colds I give them an intestinal cleaning.

Hi!

I had terrible acne for over 15 years. At some moments it was

aggravating so much that I had to go to hospital. My back was all

covered with pimples that were bleeding when I touch them. The same

was with my head. I was a victim of the army of doctors (I visited

many) that could not do better but send me home with a handfull of

antibiotics.

3 years ago I started first on Clear, Harmony and Experience by

Awareness. The results were satisfactory, however they require a

constant intake of the product, which are one of the most expensive on

the market due to the Multilevel Marketing structure of the company.

The Awareness products did no get out any of the old mucus stuff and

hardened " rubber " . I got them out with " Arise & Shine " . That's when

the acne from my back started clearing up. Later I found the book

" Tissue cleansing through Bowel Management " by Dr. Benard Jensen

real insight! That's where should everybody start -- with education,

not with testing products on himself. I highly recommend it to anyone

who is on the way to better health.
