I am back

Hi everyone~ I am back from my trip to see the doctor....I must say that I was very disappointed that I didn't come home with any real answers! When I showed him the area that I was having the most servere pain he opened the back of the gown and put his hands on either of my hips and pressed with his thumbs on the spot that I swear is a screw thats been killing me since the operation...long story longer, when he pressed on the spot I went weak in the knees and screamed in pain and started to feel as if I was going to throw up. He held on to me for a few minutes and finally sat me down in a chair. IT WAS AWFUL!! The jist of it is that he wants me to go for a CT scan with contrast and for a full battery of blood work because he thinks that since I had the infections in the back after my revision that there might be a pocket of infection still in there or that I might be having an irritation due to the hardware.

He when asked about the burning pain in my upper back replied that he couldn't be expected to have answers for all of my pains, what?! Anyway, I left his office in tears and in the process of all of this when I was in the airport someone stole my pocketbook which had my prescriptions along with everything else I own in it! Including my birth certificate which I had to buy while I was up there! What a nighmare! Well, enough about me... Ken, CONGRATS on the new house! I hope you are really taking good care of yourself! How is your daughter feeling these days? Is she going to cheer again? Kam, How are you doing? Good, I hope! ,Nan and Vonnie~ I hope that you are all feeling better than you were a few weeks ago!
