Guest guest
I'm all for food that is what it is. However, I can understand that a craving might make a substitute a reasonable option -- especially at first. I never found any dairy substitute that seemed edible. I suppose it’s hard to reproduce cheese without any dairy. I always think that they should just stop trying to make meat and dairy substitutes and just concentrate on making good vegan food. How about rice macaroni with shiitake-hazelnut sauce? Or tomato-basil sauce with a really good olive oil?
