Seems pretty healthy to me. Nothing wrong with oats

Hi Everyone -

Wonder for an alfredo sauce would I thicken with rice flour or corn starch?

Would I use sweetened or unsweetened crème substitute?

Can alfredo sauce be made out of soy milk?
