Are you asking about Pica Pica Maize Kitchen? The one in SF hasn't opened up yet, but yes, it is a dedicated gf kitchen because none of their ingredients include gluten. No chance of cross contamination -- can you believe it? -- in a place that doesn't cater specifically to the gf crowd: the menu is simply naturallly gf. Can't wait to try it!
