My daughter visited her friend in San Francisco this weekend, and they ordered

the g-f pizza from Extreme Pizza to be delivered. She was so excited to open

the door and see a pizza in a box (it's the little things we miss...)!

She said the g-f pizza crust was absolutely delicious and crispy. I think

Extreme Pizza uses " Still Riding Pizza " crust? Still Riding Pizza crust has not

been a favorite of mine in the past, but I tasted a piece she brought home and

it was very good and crispy after I warmed it up in a hot pan on the stove.

By the way, I called the San Extreme Pizza, and they are not carrying the

g-f crust at the moment.

I bought the first one from Extreme Pizza in Livermore on 1st street

today. It was fabulous. They just got it set up and showed me the

dedicated equipment they were using. They mentioned the Berkeley

location was selling a lot of gluten free pizzas already. The crust

from Still Riding was actually a lot better than I remember from

before - they must have improved the recipe or something.
