Guest guest
My GF wife says, "wonderful." And we hope you keep on expanding south, as Santa Clara County could certainly use a Pica Pica Maize Kitchen. Remember, the county is over 1/3 Latino, and the rest of us gluten-tolerant are patrons of every type of Mexican, Salvadoran, Guatamalan, etc., restaurant we can find. Unfortunately, for people such as my wife, there are still too few restaurants to trust, so we await a local PPMK. My name is Vermut and I am the owner of Pica Pica Maize Kitchen, a Venezuelan restaurant currently located in Napa at the Oxbow Market. Pica Pica serves authentic Venezuelan food (arepas, cachapas and maize'wiches, all corn breads, filled with various savory fillings). EVERYTHING at Pica Pica is 100% gluten-free. There are no cross contamination risks at Pica Pica. We are in the process of getting our 'breads' certified by the NFCA. I am happy to share with you that Pica Pica will be opening in San Francisco in the Mission District (15th and Valencia) in early April. We have had some great articles written by Amy Fothergill and Joanne about Pica Pica. Please read the links below to learn more or visit our website www.picapicakitchen .com See you soon!
